About The Position

The Finisher role at our Monticello, IN location involves working collaboratively to assemble filtration products in an innovative, team-oriented environment. This is a 1st shift on-site position, with hours from 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Role Responsibilities : Will support CANS and other work functions in Plastic Assembly. Creates quality products to satisfy our customers' needs. Initially inspects products, operates a wide variety of hand tools and power equipment to finish products. Must be able to proceed on most job duties with minimal supervision. Other duties may be assigned in order to fulfill Donaldson’s mission, vision and strategic plan objectives.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

A combination of education and experience, generally acquired through the attainment of a high school diploma, or equivalent plus a minimum of two years of trade school or qualified work experience.
Retain knowledge of the department of operation

Problem solves efficiently and effectively
