Position Purpose Summary – Perform all operations in clean room work area to meet or exceed expected quality and production standards. Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Comply with all federal and state environmental, health and safety regulations as well as any safety policies and protocols outlined by the company. Set up and finish trim parts on appropriate equipment. Set up and operate large laser cutting machines and automated inscription machine. Load and unload ovens. Final inspection of parts using gauges, micrometers and non-contact measurement tools as necessary. Follow all SPC procedures. Rework parts as necessary. In process, trim and inspect all parts as required (line pull). Record daily activities including clock offs and special projects. Record all Information on GT data collection system as required. Must be able to electronically perform SAP transactions such as labor and material usage in a timely and accurate manner. Perform miscellaneous duties in the White Chemraz area as assigned. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES Pull flash, cut vents and count parts. Rinse and bag parts as required. Transport work in process and finished goods within and between departments as necessary.
