About The Position

Position requires training. Tasks are generally repetitive operations and other manual tasks. Requires lifting, use of 24 - 30 ounce hammer, electric sander, and hand driver. Work safely to prevent on-the-job injuries by following company and OSHA safety rules and regulations, understanding machine safeguards, recognizing and reporting safety hazards and wearing required PPE. Adjust product after it is assembled to ensure that it cuts and is set properly. Inspect product for quality using visual inspections. Communicate to supervision any alterations needed to be made to product. Maintain minimum standard rate. Report accurate count of production parts, scrap, and labor hours by completing required paperwork. Keep work area in clean and orderly condition, complying with established 6S standards. Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (GED) is preferred
- Minimum of one year of experience is required
- Must be familiar with OSHA regulations
- Have the ability to work well with others
