About The Position

The Finisher position at Wells involves maintaining a consistent finish from one concrete panel to another. The role requires applying the desired finish to concrete panels as shown on approved range samples, ensuring that the finish remains consistent over an extended period. Additionally, the Finisher will be responsible for maintaining equipment, performing preventive maintenance, assisting with patching of precast panels, finishing samples for approval, and conducting daily inspections of equipment to ensure it is in proper working condition.

Requirements

• High school or equivalent (GED) preferred
• Bi-lingual preferred (English/Spanish) but not required
• Experience working around sandblasting equipment
• Experience working about acids associated with finishing concrete
• Good oral communication skills required
• Ability to work in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Apply desired finish to concrete panels as shown on approved range samples
• Maintain consistent finish on panels over an extended period
• Maintain equipment and perform preventive maintenance as required
• Assist with patching of precast panels as required
• Finish samples for approval as required
• Perform inspections of equipment daily, to ensure it is maintained and in proper working condition
