About The Position

The Fiberglass Finisher III will be responsible for repairs of fiberglass boat hulls, decks, and small parts. They are key drivers of delivering a flawless product by using a variety of skills. They will be responsible for inspection and understand fiberglass finishing. They will need to use a variety of tools which include but not limited to spray guns, buffers, grinders, drills and/or other specialty tools and fixtures. Fiberglass Finisher III with a high level of technical skills and a complete understanding of Boston Whalers construction methods. Demonstrated ability to instruct, train, and support team members in accordance with organizational standards and procedures.

Requirements

Demonstrates proficiency in 80–100% of the finishing skill matrix, with a clear trajectory to achieve full mastery within one year, based off of business need.
Effectively trains and mentors new team members, ensuring consistent performance, knowledge transfer, and alignment with operational standards.
