About The Position

As a Production Worker at Sharon Tube, a division of Zekelman Industries in Farrell, PA, you will play a key role in supporting our production operations. This includes operating process equipment, handling materials, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, has strong mechanical aptitude, and is committed to workplace safety.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ years of industrial experience strongly preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with various tools and machinery
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and good attendance history
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and professionalism
• Ability to work shift work and overtime as needed
• Able to pass drug, physical, and background screenings
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lead and promote health and safety practices in accordance with regulations and company policies

Responsibilities

• Work with hand and/or power equipment to support production
• Operate machinery and ensure efficiency in manufacturing processes
• Handle materials safely and efficiently
• Follow proper safety procedures to maintain a secure work environment
• Operate mobile equipment as needed
• Use packing and banding equipment to prepare products for shipment
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
