The Finished Wine Operator performs all duties as specified by the current Finished Wine / Sanitation Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) including but not limited to, machine cleaning/sanitation internal (CIP) (SIP) and external, membrane filter performance, tracking and assist with maintenance, wine transfers, minor wine adjustments to required bottling specifications, assisting in equipment setup and possibly machine operation. Communicate and coordinate with the Packaging, Quality Control, Wine Making, and Cellar Departmental Managers and Supervisors.This position operates on a graveyard shift schedule, with working hours from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM.
