About The Position

The Finished Goods Warehouse Clerk position involves working under the direct supervision of a Team Leader in a cold environment, with temperatures ranging from 32 to 48 degrees. The role requires collaboration with team members, performing various warehouse-related functions, basic maintenance duties, and learning standard cleaning methods. Compliance with plant policies, safety regulations, and industrial hygiene regulations is mandatory. The position also includes accountability for QRMP standards as outlined in the Kirksville, MO, QRMP accountability document.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience and basic computer skills preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing to work any shift.
• Work overtime as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Work with and under direct supervision of Team Leader.
• Perform warehouse-related functions as assigned.
• Perform basic maintenance duties as assigned.
• Learn Standard Cleaning Methods and assist with scheduled plant cleanups.
• Abide by all Plant policies, Safety Regulations, and Industrial Hygiene Regulations.
• Share ideas and concerns with all members of the team.
• Perform other duties as dictated by the Supervisor or directed by the Team Leader.
• Maintain compliance with Kraft Heinz – Kirksville Safety Policies & Procedures.
