About The Position

Role details — Plattsburgh, NY Hourly rate: $22.33 Shift: 6:00pm–6:00am What success looks like Picture your shift: you set up safely at the line, feed materials into machines, examine output for defects, and pack finished goods according to spec. You communicate quality issues to your Supervisor right away, keep your area spotless, and finish your documentation accurately before the buzzer.

Requirements

• At least 1 year in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to do basic math and follow standard work instructions.
• High School diploma or GED, strong communication, and the physical ability to meet role demands.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen

Responsibilities

• Safely supply machines with required materials.
• Inspect products and pack to the correct configuration.
• Notify Supervisor promptly of any quality concerns.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and pace with production demand.
• Complete paperwork precisely and on time.
