About The Position

As Finished Goods Leader, you are responsible for all phases of facility storage distribution and finished goods operation in a safe and efficient manner. Requirements

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing warehouse experience
Sit-down forklift operating experience, as well as experience using an RF scanner
Demonstrated ability to be an effective leader & role model
Ability to utilize Excel to create reports and charts
Experience utilizing an ERP system, with a strong preference for SAP

Nice To Haves

Associate’s Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assures the internal and external flow of finished goods or raw materials is maintained on all shifts/all days.
Coordinates work flow and personnel between finished goods and raw materials warehouses as needed to meet site needs.
Maintains target level inventory accuracies.
Evaluates work performance of Assistant Warehouse Leaders to ensure all warehouse responsibilities are met.
Continued focus on Site’s quality, reliability, scrap and safety goals are maintained at all times.
Other job-related duties as assigned.
