Requirements

  • Experience driving the production planning processes including Inventory Analysis, Sales & Operations Planning process and digital visualization tools such as Power BI or others.
  • Previous experience working with ERP systems, such as SAP
  • Demonstrates initiative, thrives in a team setting, and shows strong problem solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in consumer packaged goods is a plus
  • CPIM and/or CSCP Certification a plus

Responsibilities

  • Plan production of the local factory/site.
  • Build (Cut / Add/ Modify) a weekly bucketed Finished Good supply plan.
  • Apply strategies that ensure inventory coverage by SKU is maintained to targets agreed with the Supply Inventory Planning team (SIP).
  • Ensure weekly supply plan for Final Pack is feasible in the factory/site horizon, while growing factory efficiency by ensuring:
  • Final Pack and Pre-pack machine utilization is balanced.
  • Monthly FMC targets are planned.
  • Labor hours planned based on the latest supply target, and feasible.
  • Pre-Pack changeovers are not above the weekly target.
  • Materials Feasibility above 95%.
  • Simulate long term scenarios of the supply plan.
  • Model the production environment and provide overviews of expected outcomes based on management inputs, such as efficiency, available machines, available labor, demand requirements, production rates, etc.
  • Facilitate the local S&OP processes.
  • Facilitate monthly meetings with leaders to set the production strategy for local operations, present overviews of current demand and supply, constraints, and business trade-offs.
  • Presents recommendations to address operational challenges and support effective decision making.
  • Drive actions that reduce barriers to successful execution of the plan.
  • Align with other regional sites to set targets.
  • Collaborate with partners to generate the best possible quality of strategic discussion, and facilitate alignment.
  • Improve your own processes looking for new ways of working using a digitalization approach
  • Play an instrumental role in the key planning process of the Company, namely Flow of Finished Goods. This position supports the stability of the daily operations and the availability of the Finished Good at the Distribution Center.
