Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Take part in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals.
• Adhere to store policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Perform additional duties and projects as required.
