About The Position
The position involves overseeing all aspects of grading operations, ensuring that safety and quality measures are adhered to. The role requires efficient multitasking and the ability to work under short time constraints. The individual will coordinate with subcontractors, trucking, and plant managers, and will be hands-on in operating heavy equipment related to grading. Supervising and training crew members is also a key responsibility, along with performing other duties as assigned.
