About The Position

As our Heavy Equipment Finish Operator - Finish Dozer Technician, you'll review blueprints and heat maps, then operate your dozer to grade roads with precision. You'll handle cuts and fills, follow project specifications, and use GPS technology to ensure accuracy. Your expertise will keep projects on schedule and meet the highest standards of quality.
This is a 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, full-time position with steady work available year-round.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience operating a bulldozer
• Experience excavating roads, including cuts and fills
• Ability to understand a heat map
• GPS knowledge
• Ability to read stakes and understand blueprints
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and any other drug tests required while employed at M&T
