We are seeking a Skilled Craftsman specializing in Cabinet Installation and Finish Carpentry to join our Production team full-time. This role is ideal for a detail-driven professional who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and high-end residential finishes. You will play a critical role in delivering the polished, custom look our clients expect.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of residential remodeling or finish carpentry experience, with a strong emphasis on cabinet installation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in high-end cabinetry, trim, and detailed finish work.
  • Strong understanding of residential construction methods and sequencing.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, shop drawings, and cabinet layouts.
  • Own truck, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a full set of professional trade tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Professional demeanor with clients, team members, and trade partners.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Install custom and semi-custom cabinetry with precision, including kitchen, bath, built-ins, and specialty storage solutions.
  • Perform advanced finish carpentry including trim, molding, scribe work, paneling, toe kicks, crown, and custom details.
  • Ensure cabinetry is level, plumb, square, aligned, and securely fastened to Sea Pointe quality standards.
  • Read and interpret construction drawings, cabinet plans, elevations, and specifications.
  • Perform light framing, drywall repair, and surface preparation as needed to support finish installations.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Designers, Lead Craftsmen, and subcontractors to ensure proper sequencing and execution.
  • Identify and resolve field conditions, fit issues, and finish conflicts proactively.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites at all times.
  • Safely operate hand and power tools and transport materials as required.
