Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of cabinet shop or onsite finish carpentry experience.
• Clear understanding of shop drawings and project plans.
• Proficient with all shop equipment including edge bander, line boring, slider saw, table saw, shapers, and sander.
• Understanding of cabinet building standards.
• Proficiency in working with plastic laminate.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret shop drawings and project plans.
• Utilize all shop equipment including edge bander, line boring, slider saw, table saw, shapers, and sander.
• Construct cabinets to meet industry standards and specifications.
