About The Position
As a Finish Blade Operator, you will be responsible for performing various operator and laborer duties on our projects. This includes the safe operation of the Blade and other equipment. The Motor Grader Operator will be responsible for grading excavation and embankment to lay base and other materials. Additionally, the Motor Grader Operator may blade haul roads and perform other general work. In addition to the rough work responsibilities, the Motor Grader Operator will also perform finish grade work to blue tops or other close specification control. The equipment used includes Caterpillars 140H and John Deere 672GP, along with other duties as assigned.
