About The Position
The Fingerprint Technician position at Cisive is a vital role that supports multiple divisions within the company, primarily focusing on capturing fingerprints for employees and volunteers associated with the Anne Arundel County Public Schools (AACPS). This position is essential in ensuring that the background screening process is conducted efficiently and accurately, contributing to the safety and security of the work environment. The technician will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and customer service, which are critical components of this role. In addition to fingerprinting, the technician will assist with various daily functions, including scheduling appointments, processing payments, and managing the quality control of applicants' paperwork. The role requires traveling to off-site locations within the AACPS and Prince George's County Public Schools (PGCPS) school districts to perform fingerprinting services. This aspect of the job emphasizes the need for flexibility and the ability to adapt to different environments while maintaining a high standard of service. The technician will also engage in disposition research and cross-training responsibilities, which involve researching online information for court records, reviewing these records thoroughly, and entering the gathered information into spreadsheets for leadership review.
