About The Position

As a Fine Jewelry Supervisor at JCPenney, you will supervise and engage a team of Fine Jewelry associates to deliver an amazing shopping experience that delights customers and creates loyalty. Your role includes providing excellent customer service, leading sales floor activities, scheduling staff, and executing strategies that drive sales.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years retail experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

  • Model and hold team accountable for outstanding customer service
  • Actively listen to customer issues to resolve problems
  • Maximize sales and service by ensuring staff is scheduled appropriately
  • Drive planning and execution of events and credit card acquisition
  • Challenge yourself and the team to drive profitable sales growth
  • Coach and develop team by modeling company values
  • Provide direction and support to ensure efficient merchandise flow
  • Maintain stock levels and presentation standards
  • Partner with store management to source and hire talent
  • Train and develop associates, address performance issues, and assist in succession planning
