It also involves creating memorable store experiences, leading the team in customer service and sales, fostering a positive store culture, building product knowledge, driving repeat client interactions, enhancing team selling skills, and leveraging clienteling tools for an omnichannel experience. The role also includes supporting store fulfillment, overseeing repair services, maintaining visual merchandising standards, partnering with store leaders on scheduling, and leading shortage control and inventory accuracy.
