About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Approaches customers in a friendly manner to engage and determine their needs.
• Educates customers on product attributes to generate interest and build clientele.
• Meets or exceeds sales goals by leveraging knowledge and customer service skills.
• Supports the company's Instant Credit Application Process (iCAP).
• Participates in inventory processes including annual inventory and cycle counts.
• Maintains sales floor recovery processes to ensure a clean and organized store environment.
• Supports company shrink and safety initiatives and meets established performance standards.
