About The Position

Requirements

• Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of guest relations and hospitality principles.
• Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and sanitation practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest services by greeting and seating guests promptly and courteously.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system and ensure timely delivery to the table.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with precision.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, ensuring all tables are set properly before guest arrival.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food preparation meets quality standards and dietary restrictions.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Assist in training new staff members on restaurant procedures and service standards.
