Harriman’s Fine Dining 5 Star Restaurant, nestled in the heart of Virginia’s picturesque Piedmont region, is a culinary gem. Our menu celebrates the rich history and abundant resources of this fertile land. From seasonal flavors to local butcher’s cuts and imaginative desserts, we create bold and flavorful dishes using only the freshest ingredients. On Sundays, our dining room comes alive with a grand family-style multi-course brunch.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous restaurant server experience in a fine dining environment preferred.
• Passion for exceptional service and culinary excellence.
• Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests, using suggestive selling techniques.
• Clear tables during service.
• Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate a complete knowledge of the sequence of service, food and beverage core values, and Salamander Middleburg service standards.
