Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage offerings, as well as revolving menu items and daily specials.
• Suggest appropriate wines and other beverages to go along with customer's meals.
• Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables.
• Maintain an organized section of tables, ensuring tables are cleared, cleaned, and bussed properly before the next set of customers arrive.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tips.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy, meals are served promptly, and be informed if any food items are running out.
