Manages guest seating according to established rotation and reservation guidelines to ensure balanced service and optimal table flow. Maintains accurate seating, wait list, and reservation documentation and monitors table availability in real time. Keeps the host stand, cashiering area, and surrounding dining spaces clean, organized, and guest-ready in accordance with health and safety standards. Assists wait staff and bus persons as needed by refilling beverages, pre-bussing and bussing tables, and responding to guest needs. Communicates clearly with service staff regarding seating status, guest needs, and operational priorities. Promotes current casino or property events and provides guests with directions or information as needed. Completes assigned opening and closing duties to ensure readiness for the next shift. Thanks guests, invites them to return, and creates a positive, welcoming departure experience. Performs additional job-related duties as assigned.
