About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven food expeditor to support exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced luxury environment. This role requires strong communication skills, precision, urgency, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Food expeditors play a key role in maintaining the flow of service by ensuring dishes are prepared accurately, presented to standard, and delivered efficiently while supporting seamless coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house teams. YOUR ROLE Coordinate the timing and flow of dishes from the kitchen to ensureaccurateand efficient service Inspect plate presentation, quality, and completeness before releasing dishes to the dining room Communicate clearly with chefs, runners, and serversregardingorder status, modifications, and priority tables Organize tickets andmonitorpacing tomaintainproper course timing and service standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo station and ensure all tools and supplies are stocked Support problem resolution by addressing delays, missing items, or quality concerns promptly Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service execution Follow all company policies, service standards, sanitation guidelines, and proper equipment usage Assistwith opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned by management Participate in team meetings, trainings, and continuous improvement initiatives Demonstrate strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to multitask under pressure Maintain reliable attendance, punctuality, and a performance-driven mindset Ability to stand for extended periods andfrequentlylift upto 50lbs This is not anexhaustedlist of job responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 1 -2 years of experience in a full-service or fine dining restaurant environmentpreferred
  • Strongand organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to multitask andmaintainattention to detail in a high-volume setting
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
