About The Position
Responsible for achieving all standards for multiple culinary workstations, ensuring the efficiency of the line and kitchen operation on a scheduled shift is completed in accordance with Coushatta Casino Resort specifications and standards.
Requirements
- High School diplomas or General Education degree (GED) required
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.
Nice To Haves
- one to two years' experience as a cook's apprentice in a large, full-service hotel or restaurant preferred.
