About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Copywriter with a strong understanding of FINRA compliance guidelines to support our growing financial advisory services firm. This role is responsible for producing clear, accurate, and compliant written content across digital platforms, print materials, and social media channels. The ideal candidate has experience writing within the financial services industry and understands how to balance engaging messaging with strict regulatory requirements. In this role, you will collaborate closely with marketing, compliance, and advisory teams to develop content that reflects our brand voice while meeting all industry standards. You should be comfortable translating complex financial concepts into clear, client friendly language that builds trust and credibility. Accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail are essential, as all materials must adhere to FINRA rules and general compliance standards for public communication. About Strittmatter Wealth Management Group Founded in 2007, SWMG is a boutique Registered Investment Advisor based in downtown Fort Worth. We specialize in retirement planning, investment management, and business planning for high-net-worth clients and business owners. Requirements

• 3 years proven experience as a financial writer, copywriter, or similar role within the financial services industry
• Strong working knowledge of FINRA compliance standards for advertising and public communications
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to produce polished content across digital, print, and social media formats
• Familiarity with financial terminology, advisory services, and industry best practices
• Availability to work Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM CT

Responsibilities

• Create high quality written content for websites, newsletters, brochures, email campaigns, and social media platforms
• Ensure all written materials comply with FINRA guidelines and internal compliance requirements
• Translate financial strategies, products, and concepts into clear and professional client facing language
• Edit, proofread, and revise content to ensure accuracy, clarity, tone, and consistency
• Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging with marketing goals and regulatory expectations
