About The Position

The Financial Workforce Management Analyst at Ecolab plays a crucial role in overseeing the company's global workforce. Reporting directly to the Director of HR Analytics, this position is responsible for collaborating closely with both HR and Finance teams across various business units to assess their needs and develop effective workforce plans and forecasts. This high-visibility role is designed to facilitate meaningful discussions between HR, Finance, and senior leadership, ensuring that workforce planning aligns with business objectives. In this role, you will partner with global HR and Finance teams to identify business needs and opportunities, delivering workforce planning and labor cost analysis capabilities. You will lead the planning, reporting, and forecasting processes for workforce and labor costs within a global manufacturing environment, operating within a matrix organization. As a subject matter expert in Workforce Planning Solutions and financial reporting, you will drive change management initiatives, engaging with HR and Finance communities to ensure timely and accurate reporting, forecasting, and planning. Additionally, you will network with customers, experts, and vendor resources to stay updated on industry trends related to FP&A technologies for workforce and labor cost planning and analysis. Your responsibilities will also include participating in the planning, validation, and testing of new releases and service updates for any solutions used in Workforce Planning. You will deliver standard reporting outputs on a monthly basis and provide ad-hoc reporting insights to support HR, Finance, and executive leadership needs. Furthermore, you will design and implement training programs related to FP&A technologies for workforce and labor costs, ensuring that cultural change management is in place for new processes and procedures. This role requires a detail-oriented approach to deliver on commitments effectively.
