About The Position

As a Financial Wellness Consultant at PNC, you will be part of the Organizational Financial Wellness team, primarily based in Houston, TX. This role focuses on developing collaborative relationships with human resources decision-makers to design customized financial wellness programs for corporate clients. You will provide employees with advice and services related to health savings accounts, personal banking, budgeting tools, and retirement plans, while also expanding the client base through internal partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Experience in customer relationship management and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Handle relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share.
• Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
• Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services.
• Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and/or existing clients.
• Identify and mitigate various types of risk, including regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
• Provide ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client's needs and financial well-being.
• Increase client engagement and loyalty through effective relationship building.
• Build a network of internal and external relationships to acquire new clients and enhance the client experience.
• Present the full range of PNC's products and services to clients.
• Utilize reporting and sales tools to identify and convert sales opportunities.
