About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required).
• 1-3 years of experience in developing customer relationships and achieving sales goals (required).
• Experience in cash handling (required).
• General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications (required).
• Working knowledge of digital technology and ability to educate clients on digital platforms (required).
• Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques (required).

Nice To Haves

• Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports (preferred).
• Notary License (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Embody a strong client experience culture, being present with every client and teammate.
• Listen for clues for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and provide customized recommendations.
• Consistently attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome expectations.
• Accept and accurately process all financial service transactions while identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships.
• Open personal and business accounts, including various deposit products and lending options.
• Develop strong partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners to focus on client acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with operational, security, and audit procedures and policies.
• Participate in and occasionally facilitate morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Benefits

• Base hourly rate of $24 to $30 depending on location and experience.
• Short-term incentive compensation based on individual and company performance.
