We have an excellent opportunity for a Financial Systems Quality Assurance Analyst to be located at our Whippany, NJ headquarters. We are seeking a Financial Systems Quality Assurance Analyst with a strong background in SAP and finance to support a growing portfolio of systems, integrations, and data-driven projects. This role bridges IT and Finance, requiring both technical systems acumen and hands-on accounting or financial operations experience. The role requires comfortability in a hybrid analyst/QA role, able to document requirements, test configurations, and support continuous improvement across financial processes. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree and/or 4-year technical degree (preferably in Business, Accounting or Information Technology, QA or field) or equivalent experience is required
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a business/systems analyst role, with a strong finance or accounting foundation.
An understanding of Systems Integration concepts and experience utilizing them
3-4 + years of manual QA testing experience in SAP QA environments; ability to document test plans and results clearly.
Proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, etc.)

Responsibilities

Provides functional support for SAP financial modules, particularly FICO, AP, inventory, fixed assets, and general ledger.
Conducts manual QA testing in SAP environments, documenting test cases and results using Excel or Word.
Investigates and resolve production issues; ensure data integrity across financial transactions and reports.
Collaborates closely with Finance, Procurement, and IT teams to gather requirements, test enhancements, and support deployments.
Manages the creation and lifecycle of purchase orders, vendor contracts, goods receipts, invoice validations, and asset transactions.
Reconciles financial data and perform root cause analysis of discrepancies (e.g., payment reclassifications, pricing variances).
Contributes to automation efforts and testing related to Greenhouse Gas (GHG) reporting, inventory transfer processes, and EDI vendor onboarding.
Supports integrations and data validation for new systems including Retail, Payroll, and B2B purchasing platforms.
