About The Position

Financial Systems Manager: AVP/VP Major Responsibilities: Own daily operations and support of OneStream for FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting, acting as the primary system owner for FP&A, PC and FC users. Support monthly management reporting cycles, ensuring accurate, timely actuals vs. forecast/budget reporting, data flow for dashboards, and reporting views. Maintain FP&A cost allocation models, drivers, assumptions, metadata, hierarchies, and reporting cubes to keep planning and analysis running smoothly. Monitor and reconcile managerial data loads and integrations, resolving data issues and discrepancies before reports are delivered. Provide hands on user support, routine maintenance, controlled changes, and documentation to ensure smooth decommissioning of Hyperion and related processes. Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in FP&A or finance systems supporting budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. Hands-on experience with OneStream or comparable EPM platforms (e.g., Hyperion). Strong knowledge of Excel, Power Query, and Querying data from Hyperion or comparable EPM platforms. Strong understanding of financial statements, managerial reporting, and FP&A processes. Proven ability to manage monthly reporting cycles, ensure data accuracy, and meet tight deadlines. Hands-on user support experience, including system maintenance, controlled changes, and documentation. Preferred Qualifications: Deep expertise in OneStream configuration, including cubes, metadata, hierarchies, cost allocation models, drivers, and reporting views. Experience reconciling data loads and integrations and resolving system or data discrepancies. Experience supporting system migrations or decommissioning legacy platforms (e.g., Hyperion). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, serving as a trusted partner to finance users. The expected base salary ranges from $91,000 - $165,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Requirements
