The Financial Systems Associate will ensure the day-to-day financial operations meets the highest standards of effectiveness, and leverages his or her knowledge of best practices to assure alignment of the finance team with the network's objectives. As a champion of Seton and Brilla’s mission, culture and values, this individual partners with the organization's finance team to support organizational leadership in implementing its mission. The Financial Systems Associate will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing key financial systems and processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and strong user support. This role supports both Seton Education Partners and the Brilla Charter School Network, with a focus on procurement, financial system maintenance, and cross-functional team support. Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, the Financial Systems Associate will be integral to streamlining operations, maintaining systems, and enabling team success.
