Financial Systems Analyst
About The Position
This is a hybrid role, offering a mix of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. What You Will Do: Support finance systems by gathering requirements, testing updates, and ensuring system functionality aligns with business needs. Analyze data and workflows to identify opportunities for process improvements, system enhancements, and automation. Partner with vendors and internal teams to track, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related issues. Develop and maintain reporting and analytics to support audits, projects, and operational decision-making. Assist with onboarding new hotels, including system setup, data entry, and initial financial reporting support.
Requirements
- 2+ years of accounting experience with exposure to financial reporting, reconciliations, or system-related processes.
- 1+ year of experience in an analyst, systems, or technical support role working with financial or business applications.
- Excel Mastery, basic Python skills, SQL proficiency, and the ability to analyze, automate, and clearly communicate data-driven insights.
- Experience with financial systems such as Workday, Sage 300, Coupa, FloQast, or similar ERP/accounting platforms.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and support cross-functional teams
