The Financial Systems Analyst supports the configuration, troubleshooting, and reliable operations of the OneStream financial tool, along with other financial systems for Sonepar USA. This role assists with implementation projects and contributes to enhancements of the CPM system and other financial technologies as the business grows. The analyst works closely with Corporate Accounting, FP&A, and business finance leaders to help ensure consistent financial data across the business. This job will be located on site at our Philidelphia office. This will be a hybrid work schedule - Tueday, Wednesday and Thursday in office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or financial systems administration.
  • Experience supporting projects, including system implementations and integrations.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CPM tools (OneStream, Oracle, SAP, HFM) and basic coding (.NET 8 or VBA) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to train and support diverse users.
  • Familiarity with data quality/governance principles.
  • Adaptability to new situations, technology, and ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, test, and troubleshoot the OneStream financial system to ensure optimal performance and data integrity. Resolve level 1 issues independently and help maintain consistent finance systems data structures.
  • Support system enhancements, report building, and data integration projects.
  • Develop, maintain and update financial systems documentation, workflows, and user guides.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, helping them navigate OneStream and related tools.
  • Organize and manage monthly Finance Integration Meetings, ensuring project updates and stakeholder engagement.
