About The Position

The Financial Systems Analyst at Mortenson will be responsible for providing systems support for project-based financial systems, including Procore, Textura, and UKG. This role involves collaborating with various teams to resolve issues, enhance existing systems, and implement new tools, ensuring efficient financial operations across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, or equivalent degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role if no degree is held.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud, Procore, Textura, UKG, or equivalent systems.
• Active listening and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project financial operations by helping end users resolve system issues.
• Enhance the financial systems and update them via patching.
• Collaborate with ITS, Finance, and Operations to implement new software releases, patches, and upgrades.
• Conduct training for end-users on financial and project systems.
• Draft requirements documents and develop test scripts for system enhancements.
• Analyze and recommend system improvements to enhance efficiency for finance, accounting, and project teams.
• Build relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and organizational levels.
