As we expand, we are adding a new role to our leadership team. We are seeking a Financial Support Specialist who will be responsible for providing a positive financial experience by resolving inquiries on charges, insurance and payments with clarity & empathy. The Financial Support Specialist is responsible for responding to patient inquiries related to billing and insurance, processing payments, resolving denied or delayed claims in coordination with revenue cycle teams, documenting interactions in compliance with HIPAA/PCI, and meeting performance metrics for responsiveness and resolution.
