About The Position

Partners with Referral Agents (RAs) and Financial Advisors (FAs) to meet company goals through conducting insurance and financial reviews with our current clients. Conducts financial planning and analysis to solicit and deliver solutions and recommendations designed to meet client needs. Collaborates with internal and external field partners to coordinate activities ranging from soliciting, writing, and monitoring the new business process for our clients.

Requirements

  • Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education, and training.
  • Active, or within three months must obtain: - Series 6/63 or Series 65/66 or Series 7 registration - L/H/A Producers license
  • Advanced designation(s), including or equivalent to: CFP, CLU, or ChFC

Responsibilities

  • Supports the cross-selling of clients and assists in retaining and building client relationships through insurance and financial reviews.
  • Enhances cross-sell and client account/household retention for existing representatives.
  • In partnership with the Referral Agent or financial advisor, analyzes client and prospective client financial information and builds customized comprehensive financial planning solutions for individuals and entities, including estate planning and advanced life insurance cases.
  • Provides training, promotional programs and acts in a consultative manner to support RAs related to COUNTRY life and financial products, financial planning, advanced financial services, and sales/marketing skills.
  • Conducts effective seminars for clients and prospects; Coaches and consults on running a planning focused business (i.e. practice management); Uses effective business building / practice management tools to engage Referral Agents and Financial Advisors to grow and sustain book of business.
  • Works collaboratively with internal and external partners to ensure positive client experience and accuracy of client information.
  • May deliver policies/new business accounts to our clients.
  • Operates within designated geographical territories and utilizes guidelines/rules/applicable laws/standards as directed by states, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and other governing or official bodies with regard to performance of duties.
