This includes protecting customer privacy and security, processing daily transactions while being vigilant against fraud, adhering to cash handling guidelines, and mitigating risks by following company policies and procedures. You will also spend time growing consumer relationships through productive conversations, utilizing marketing campaigns, and advocating for referral programs. Additionally, you will deepen existing consumer relationships through outbound calls and identifying lending opportunities.
