Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of relevant experience in a client-centric sales environment with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.
• Motivated to learn and possess solutions-based sales skills.
• Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and bank systems.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Champion Operations and Compliance by protecting customer privacy and security, processing transactions, and adhering to cash handling guidelines.
• Grow Consumer Relationships by engaging in conversations with customers, utilizing marketing campaigns, and advocating for referral programs.
• Deepen Consumer Relationships through outbound calls, identifying partner referrals, and obtaining lending certifications.
• Engage in Personal Development by taking ownership of your growth, completing required trainings, and becoming a subject matter expert on digital products.
• Ensure a positive Customer Experience by living the company's mission, following customer service promises, and maintaining high standards of conduct.
