About The Position
The position involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals. The role requires providing personalized financial advice and solutions based on client assessments, staying informed about Primerica’s financial products, and educating clients on the benefits and features of these products. Additionally, the position includes actively seeking out new clients through networking, referrals, and community outreach, conducting presentations and workshops to promote financial literacy and Primerica’s services, and performing needs analysis to determine the most suitable financial products for clients. Compliance with regulatory standards and company policies is essential, as is maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Team collaboration is also a key aspect, with opportunities to share best practices and participate in training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.
