About The Position
The primary role of the Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I - Registration Candidate is to acquire the necessary registrations and training to become a Financial Solutions Advisor (FSA) Stage I. The FSA Stage I is responsible for providing end-to-end comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals. This includes conducting client reviews and presentations, engaging with customers in the lobby, triaging client leads, and making referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds. The role requires strong communication skills, effective multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to adapt and seek solutions for clients. The FSA Stage I must also have a general awareness of core banking and investment solutions. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, and employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing.
