Requirements

  • Series 7 & 66 must be obtained within 120 days.
  • Series 7 and Series 66 (63 & 65 accepted, in lieu of 66, if previously held) is required for FSA Stage I role.
  • Communicate effectively.
  • Strong computer skills with an ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt and seek solutions for clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals.
  • Conduct client reviews/presentations, including a review of investment goals and recommended products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, banking, and managed money solutions.
  • Engage and share value proposition with customers in the lobby.
  • Triage client leads and make referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
  • Participate in on-going training and interaction with the Merrill Lynch Wealth Management Complex.
  • Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
  • Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
