Your role includes identifying members' financial needs and recommending appropriate solutions, processing transactions, and providing excellent service in the lobby, drive-thru, and over the phone. You'll ensure a positive experience for members, minimize wait times, and stay knowledgeable about all our products and services. Upholding our mission and service standards with every interaction is key. Additionally, you'll meet and exceed monthly sales and service goals.

Requirements

• Cash handling experience
• Sales experience
• High School Diploma
• Valid Driver's License and ability to travel to assigned Beacon Credit Union branch

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience preferred
• College Degree Preferred
