About The Position
A successful Financial Services Specialist will join a team responsible for providing customer service and cashiering support related to student financial accounts at the University of Arizona's Bursar's Office. The Financial Services Specialist will provide general information and analyze detailed account information for students, both over the phone and in person. Cashiering duties involve processing student payments and departmental deposits. A successful Financial Services Specialist will be an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and a problem solver while participating in a team environment. This position is entirely in-person, with no remote work options available.
