Preferred Qualifications Experience conducting loan interviews or processing loan applications. Knowledge of consumer and mortgage applications, credit reports, and loan documentation. Familiarity with ACH, ATM, payroll, EFT, Visa, or share draft programs. Understanding of GAAP and compliance requirements related to financial service programs. Ability to cross‑sell financial services and support members in selecting the best solutions. Position Description (Essential Duties) Provide accurate, detailed information to members regarding credit union services, policies, and financial products. Greet and assist members in person or by phone, handling transactions or directing them to the appropriate staff. Process service requests in accordance with policies and procedures. Cross‑sell credit union services to meet member needs. Maintain working knowledge of data processing systems, entering transactions and maintaining accounts. Conduct loan interviews and, as authorized, approve and process loan applications. Obtain necessary information for consumer and mortgage applications and analyze credit reports. Prepare loan documents, disburse funds, and support all stages of the loan approval process. Underwrite and approve CUDL loan submissions. Support ACH, ATM, payroll, EFT, Visa, and share draft programs, ensuring compliance with GAAP and policy. Ensure data processing and reporting for support programs complies with applicable laws.
