You will help clients trade everything from stocks and options to crypto and event contracts. What You Will Do – Job Summary Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat, delivering quick, clear, and accurate support. Guide users through our powerful trading tools, from buying their first share to navigating complex multi-asset strategies. Troubleshoot issues with account management (statement review, permissions, tax, etc.), funding, and trading activity while finding smart and effective solutions. Collaborate with technology, risk, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Identify opportunities to improve our processes and tools and share them with the team. As the face of our company, you will embody our values through compassionate communication and deep product knowledge, making customers feel heard and appreciated. Your role involves resolving user concerns with both speed and thoroughness, while actively engaging with our customer base throughout your workday.
