About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Previous experience in a client service industry preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Citizens National Bank
  • Proficient in technology based systems
  • Proficient in professional written and verbal communication
  • Supports staffing needs by traveling to different branch locations as assigned; travel and reliable transportation are required.
  • General hours are Monday through Friday from 9:30AM to 7:00PM and Saturdays from 8:30AM to 2:00PM.

Responsibilities

  • Contributes to the success of the team by actively participating in shared responsibilities and goals.
  • Completes a variety of client transactions in an accurate and efficient manner.
  • Upholds numerous compliance and regulatory requirements while operating in a time pressured environment.
  • Engages in client communication to determine and meet various needs and expectations.
  • Seizes opportunities to continue education that improves skills and knowledge.
