About The Position

This role is crucial for guiding customers on their financial journey, acting as the face of World Finance by empathizing, empowering, and engaging with them. The primary responsibility is to assist the Branch Manager in operating the branch effectively and efficiently to maximize growth. This involves utilizing sound lending skills, maximizing potential profits, and adhering to policies for effective collection of accounts. Providing excellent customer service is an essential part of marketing the branch and Company culture. Requirements

  • Must be able to demonstrate self-confidence and organizational skills.

  • Absolute team player – pitching in when needed and accepting help, too.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Access to a dependable vehicle.
  • Reliable transportation to independently transport bank deposits and fulfill other required job responsibilities.
  • Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through good financial choices.
  • Provide top-tier customer service, assisting customers with questions, concerns, and products.
  • Process and prepare loan applications.
  • Take and process payments.
  • Prepare loan documents and execute loan closing on current renewal loans.
  • Balance assigned cash drawer daily.
  • Prepare and complete the daily branch bank deposit and possibly transport money (operating cash, interim deposits, daily deposits) to and from the bank.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within your branch.
  • Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily.
  • Help build tax clientele and provide tax services.
  • Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days from the date of application.
  • Pay branch expenses as instructed by Branch Manager.
